摘    要:为了将某热电厂2#锅炉由主力炉改为备用炉,文章从化学成分、力学性能、碳化物、金相组织、外壁腐蚀等几个方面对2#炉过热器的各级管段材质状况进行了可行性分析研究,计算了其计及外壁减薄时的剩余寿命,并对其今后的备用提出了建议。

Abstract:The material condition of the overheater pipes of the 2nd boiler is studied in regard to the chemical composition,mechanical performance,carbide,metal structure and external corrosion.The leaving life of the boiler is calculated, and some proposals are put forward for its future use as a back up boiler.
