| 摘 要： | 为了将某热电厂２＃锅炉由主力炉改为备用炉，文章从化学成分、力学性能、碳化物、金相组织、外壁腐蚀等几个方面对２＃炉过热器的各级管段材质状况进行了可行性分析研究，计算了其计及外壁减薄时的剩余寿命，并对其今后的备用提出了建议。
