| 摘 要： | 研究了江苏南京和浙江舟山地区松材线虫病木标本,并进行分离培养,得到10多种真菌,其中Ophiostoma ips,Ophiostoma lignicola,Sphaeropsis salicicola,Dothiorella gregaria和Haplosporella minor出现的最多;在Ophiostomaspp.和Cephalosporium zonatum的培养皿中出现大量的线虫。在天牛的蛹室和虫道中有大量的长喙壳真菌存在,并与线虫的关系密切。实验证明Sphaeropsis salicicola,Dothiorella gre-garia、Haplosporella minor能引起严重的松木变色。 |

| Abstract: | 9 genera fungi and bacteria were isolated from diseased pine wood attacked by Bursaphalenchus xylophilus(Steiner & Buhrer) Nickle in Nanjing area of Jiangsu province and Zhoushan area of Zhejiang province of China.Identified as Ophiostoma ips,Ophiostoma lignicola,Sphaeropsis salicicola,Dothiorella gregaria,Haphalosporella minor,Trichoderma koningii,Penicillium verruculosum.,Cephalosporium zonatum,Chaetomium globosum and Aspergillus sp..There are many perithecia of Ophiostoma spp.in longhorn tunnel and pupa cell,and close relationship between Ophiostoma spp.and B.xylophilus.A very serious pine wood stain was caused by Sphaeropsis salicicola,Dothiorella gregaria and Haplosporella minor. |
