| 摘 要： | 论述了设置安全管理工程博士点的意义、安全管理工程专业的特点、安全管理高级工程师必备的知识体系、安全管理工程专业博士生的培养计划和目前安全管理人才培养与实际需要的差距等问题。据此，提议国家在研究生培养计划中设置和实施安全管理工程专业二级学科博士点和硕士点，以便满足高层次安全管理人才的迫切需要。现在，该提议已经得到国务院学位委员会批准。

| Abstract: | This paper strongly proposed establishing the education program of Doctor of Safety Administration, in order to meet the big demand of senior safety management engineers in China. Accordingly, the features of safety administration, the required knowledge of a safety management engineer, the training program, the existing problems in safety specialty and so on in China were discussed. Now, the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council has approved the proposal. |
