| 摘 要： | 研究了十二烷基苯磺酸钠的紫外行为，确定了服从朗勃──比耳定律的最佳浓度区间，并用最小二乘法得到一直线方程：C＝－1．65×10-5＋2．187×10-3A，γ＝0.999，说明方程的线性关系是令人满意的．同时，还考察了分析误差，并与混合指示剂滴定法进行了比较．

| Abstract: | The nature of ABS in UV spectrum is studied in this paper. The optimun concentraction region according to Lambert - Beer's law is obtained. The reIati on between the concentration and absorbance can be written as a linear equation C=1. 65×10-5+2.187×10-3A. The analysical errors are discussed and compared with other methods. |
