摘    要:采用微机控制电液伺服万能试验机,对纤维体积分数Vf为0~3%的钢纤维高强混凝土(SFRHSC)进行了单轴压缩试验,根据卖测的应力-应变曲线的特点提出了含2个参数A和B的单轴受压本构方程.A,B均随Vf的增大而增大,分别明确地反映了钢纤维对混凝土基体的增强和增韧能力.A越大,材料抗压强度fe与弹性极限应力的差值越大;B越大,曲线下降段越平缓.本文还给出了A,B与Vf,fe之间的关系式.

Abstract:Uniaxial compression experiments for the steel fiber reinforced high strength concrete (SFRHSC) were conducted by using a multifunction servocontrolled testing machine. The volume fraction V f of steel fibers of SFRHSC ranges from 0 to 3%. On the basis of the stress-strain curves the constitutive equations were established. These equations satisfy all the characteristics of those curves. The equations have two key parameters A and B . Both A and B increase as V f increases,which clearly shows that the strength and toughness of the matrix are enhanced by steel fibers. The larger the A , the greater the difference between the compressive strength f c and elastic limit stress;the larger the B , the flatter the descending portion of the curve. Finally,the mathematical expressions of A,B and V f,f c are also presented.
