处理污凝水的研究

摘    要:通过静态实验研究,证明了某硫酸盐纸浆厂污冷凝水的可厌氧降解性;发现了污冷凝水中有机物降解速率与其浓度的一次方成正比,速率常数Km为0.24h~(-1),在17L的UASB反应器内对此废水进行了动态厌氧处理研究,结果表明,COD去除率可达72%~85%,还发现了反应器中有颗粒污泥出现.

Abstract:This paper deals with the laboratory studies of anaerobic treatment of kraft foul condensates from a kraft mill. Batch experiments results show that the condensates can be treated anaerobically. The kinetics equation of the degradation of organic compounds in the condensates has been found by our experiments. Rate of degradation is in direct proportion to concentration of the organic compouds. the kinetics constant K_m is 0.24h ̄(-1). An UASB reactor was used in treating the foul condensates in the study. COD removalrate was about 72 ̄85%, And specific CH_4 (standard state) production was found to be 0.18 ̄0.24L/g COD removed in the reator.
