摘    要:本文给出一种提高STD工业控制机可靠性的方法,该方法的核心是两台STD联机工作(热冗余)。文中开发了双STD微机系统DSMS(Dual STDMlcrocomputer System)的比较-仲裁部件及其相应的软件。讨论了DSMS所采用的软、硬件容错技术。

Abstract:A method for improving the reliability of the STD industrial microcomputer is proposed, which consists in two STD microcomputefrs working on-line (hot-redundancy). In an industrial control system, a dual system (hot-redundancy) is better than a duplex system (cold redundancy)as there exist no such problems as switch-over and data abandonment. A comparison-arbitrator unit for the dual STD microcomputer, system (DSMS) and fault-tolerant software for generating correct data output have been developed. The fault-tolerant techniques adopted for hardware and software in the system are discussed in detail.
