| 摘 要： | 随着我国改革开放的进一步深化和城镇化进程的进一步发展,小产权房问题已经成为人们日常生活中一个不容回避的问题,近年来各级政府、媒体、学者、开发商及广大民众都高度关注小产权房问题。文章就小产权房的概念、现状及形成原因、解决方案等一系列问题,进行了梳理探讨。
