In recent years, the number of enterprises solely owned by foreign businessmen increasing faster, the investment forms of foreign businessmen in China are changing from pool capital to holding shares, then to exclusive investment in structure. This change resulted from the external general environment which means China joining WTO in the near future, the improvement of investment environment, generous and preferential policies and the increase of transparency, strengthening dynamics of markets opening to the outside, the progress of technology and the factors of the internal partial situation. Besides, it is driven by the difference and conflict of ideal, conviction and culture, the requirement of efficient management and the influence of internal contradictions.
