| 摘 要： | 通过分析沈阳市劳动力市场中在岗与失业的人数比较、各年龄段和劳动力的性别以及大学生就业等现实问题,探讨沈阳市劳动力市场的现状及存在的问题,提出了发展沈阳市劳动力市场的对策,对促进沈阳市劳动力资源的合理利用,完善沈阳市劳动力市场有现实意义。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the problems of numbers of employees and unemployed ones,the gender of all ages among the labor forces,and the university students' employment,the current situations of labor market in Shenyang and some existing problems are discussed.The countermeasures of developing labor market in Shenyang are put forward to promote resource utilization of labor forces and perfect the labor market. |
