分配正义问题是社会经济伦理的难点,伦理学家、经济学家、社会学家都试图从不同的角度来解决这个问题.分配正义内含着经济、社会、伦理一体化的要求,是由三者有机构成的"生态"系统,因此,其实现必须综合考虑到三方面的要求,找到良性互动的最佳契合点,共同促进人的"福利",实现对人的价值关怀.

The justice of distribution is a difficult problem which not only the sociationist,but also the ethist,the economist as well try to solve in various ways.This paper regards the justice of distribution as a ecological system which includes the request of integration of economy,association and ethics.so the realization of the justice of distribution must take care of the request of the former three items and find the good approach to the interaction of them,in order to promote our profit, realize the value care to person.
