摘    要:高校长跑队的训练,必须根据受训者不同的生理特点和运动机能水平,合理控制运动量,才能提高训练成绩,本文结合多年来训练长跑的体会,从两个方面来论述:一是从主观感觉来判断;二是从客观检查来判断。此外,在训练中要注意技术,战术及心理和意志品质方面的培养,不断改进训练手段,使长跑训练在合理地控制,科学地安排下顺利进行.

Abstract:The training of the long-distance-race teams of colleges should be baced on the different physiologic characteristics.the levels of function of the trainees and rational intensity controled.1 think two points should be noted when you arrange the athletic amount rationally,pirst to judge it from the subjective feelings and second from the objective examinations.Addi- tionally,we also should pay attention to the foster of the fechnology,the tactics,the psychology and the ambition of the trainees The way constan- tlly improved coud make the training go on successfully with the rational coutrol and scientific arrangement.
