农民工职业病防治亟待解决的问题

河南农民工张海超“开胸验肺”事件，暴露出农民工职业病防治问题严重，突出表现在农民工患病后维权困难，企业防治措施不到位，相关部门对农民工职业病问题重视不够等方面。这些问题的产生，主要是由于政府对企业监管不力、相关法律存在缺陷、管理体制不顺、基层职业病防治能力不强等原因。由于农民工已成为职业病危害的主体，应多管齐下，建立“以农民工为重点，政府主导，企业负责，全社会共同参与”的职业病防治体系。
