摘    要:结合现代CCD技术,对传统的夫琅禾费圆孔衍射实验进行改造,在保留原有实验的基础上增加了球面波圆孔衍射现象的观察与分析、圆孔衍射测量波面曲率半径或光束准直度实验等新内容,更新了实验手段,提高了实验层次。

Abstract:The improving scheme for the experiment of circular aperture diffraction based on the CCD technology is presented in this paper. Some new experiments such as the diffraction phenomena of circular aperture illuminated by spherical wave, radius of curvature or collimation measurements for laser beams are introduced besides preserving traditional experiment contents. The improvement renovates experimental technique and promotes experiment level.
