| 摘 要： | 修辞是语言表达形象生动必备的手段,其中矛盾修辞在英语中运用日益广泛.很多学生对该修辞手法根本不了解,缺乏必要的语言素养,所以很难理解它们的真正含义.为此,有必要探讨该修辞的语言特征、构成方式、修辞效果及翻译方法.
