| Abstract: | In those small and medium-sized foreign-funded enterprises where foreign investment com-prises a large percentage of the total, the local govemment seems to be incapable of doing anything tocontrol the conversion of their growth modes. As thcre is no ready experienoc for reference, this paper triesto make a study of some new channels in the light of the theory of industrial organization to help thegovernment to exploit its advantages to the full. |
