企业和行业特征对湖南企业生存年限影响的实证研究

用湖南省1998 2007年新成立的56929家工业企业及该省1999 2008年统计年鉴的相关数据;运用生命表方法、Cox比例危险模型及加速失效时间模型具体研究了我国企业的生存特征及其影响因素,主要有以下实证发现:我国企业生存与年龄的关系并不完全符合国外提出的假设,而是呈现独特的"U"形关系;企业死亡危险随企业原始规模的增大而减小;外资企业比内资企业和私营企业死亡危险更小,内资企业的死亡危险整体上小于私营企业;行业内企业平均工资与企业死亡危险负相关;销售费用、管理费用和财务费用的增加将对企业产生增大企业死亡危险的影响;工资和费用对企业生存的影响受到行业是否垄断的调节作用;垄断行业中的企业其生存状况明显好于非垄断行业.

Empirical study of the impact of enterprise characteristics and industrial characteristics on survival length of Hunan enterprises
