| Abstract: | The businessman in Shanxi held sway over the region for 500 years of Ming and Qing dynasty,for which an important reason is that they attached primary importance to education.They have a lot of successful experiences in basic education as well as specialized education.The businessmen were trained all-sidedly,such as in business ethics,commercial management or tactics,etc.All of these are good enough to be a model. |
