水爆清沙技术应用探讨

摘    要:泵轮毛坯应用水爆清沙技术,产生较大的尺寸误差和形状误差,通过查找产生误差的原因,经多项工序实验和工艺探讨,不仅减少了损失,也闯出了一条保证整机质量的.同时也表明最有效的水爆清沙的400℃温度,适用于碗形叶轮封闭流道的铝合金铸件的清沙.

Abstract:Pump wheel base uses water blast purged sand technology later and produces big size error and shape error.By means of looking for the reasons of the produces error,therough many times working procedure exprimentation, it not only decreases loss,but also breaks through path that guaranteed whole machine quality. It also shows that the 400℃ temperature is the most effective water blast purged sand.
