| 摘 要： | “基于资源的学习（Resources-Based Learning）”是一种全新的学习方式。叙述了“基于资源的学习”的内涵、特征、模式,探讨了“基于资源的学习”对图书馆文献资源建设的要求,介绍了高职院校图书馆文献资源建设的现状,提出了文献资源建设应采取的措施。
