蝎提取物对离体蛙心收缩活动的影响

摘    要:研究了活蝎不同组织、干全蝎提取液以及蝎毒稀释液分别对离体蛙心收缩张力和心率的影响。结果表明:活蝎的头、四肢、蝎毒提取物和全蝎均对心脏收缩力有抑制性影响,其中蝎毒与全蝎不仅抑制心收缩力,且对心率具有较强的抑制作用,而蝎尾提取液则对收缩力有兴奋性影响。

Abstract:A study was made on the effects of diluted liquid of scorpion venom and extracted substances from scorpion tissues and dried scorpions on the systolic force and heart rate of isolated toads. Results showed that the extracted substances from the head, limbs, venom, and the whole body of the scorpion could inhibit the heart contraction. In addition, the venom and entire scorpion body could reduce the heart rate. The extracts of scorpions' tail could strengthen the systolic force.
