| 摘 要： | 提高大学生的素质和国际竞争力是当今高等教育改革和发展的关键。美国通识教育与专业教育的平衡、职业教育与精英教育的结合、理想性和现实性的交融为我国高等教育改革提供了有益的借鉴。适合我国特色的教育创新与发展之路是高等教育必须将素质教育、创新教育、创业教育三者相结合。
