| 摘 要： | 核威慑是冷战时期美苏两国常用的战略方法,冷战后的今天,核威慑重新在俄国得到强化.本文在探讨核威慑理论的基础上,对俄罗斯新核威慑战略的转变过程、特点以及后果进行了分析,对俄罗斯与西方尤其是美国的未来外文关系作了预测.

| Abstract: | Nuclear deterrence is the strategy that America and Russia used to adopt in the cold war while it is strengthened again by Russia today.On the basis of study on the theory of nuclear deterrence,this passage analyzes the process of transition,features and consequences about Russian new nuclear strategy,and foresees the diplomatic relations between Russia and the West,especially America in the future. |
