摘    要:在乙酰苯胺氯磺酰化合成对乙酰氨基苯磺酰氯的反应工艺中,反应后期加入硫酸钠.探讨了反应物摩尔比、反应温度、时间、溶剂和硫酸钠等因素对产率的影响,确定了最佳原料摩尔比:乙酰苯胺∶氯磺酸=1∶4.3.改进后,氯磺化的收率明显提高,废弃物排放量减小.

Abstract:During the chlorosulfonation of N-acetanilide to p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl chloride,sodium sulphate was added in late stage.The major factors influencing the reaction such as mole ratio of the reactants,reaction temperature,reaction time,solvents and sodium sulphate were studied.The optimal mole ratio of the reactants was probed as 1∶4.3.With the improved technology,the product yield of chlorosulfonation reaction was improved evidently,and that,the amount of waste released was decreased.
