钢丝绳张力单片机检测系统

摘    要:论述了以8031为控制核心的钢丝绳张力单片机检测系统的工作原理、数学模型和系统组成,重点介绍了钢丝绳张力检测的工作原理、主要硬件电路的设计特点及软件设计思想,提供了部分硬件电路图及控制软件的流程图。该系统具有置数、动态显示、数据处理、打印及人机对话等功能,并且使用方便,造价低廉。

Abstract:he work principle, mathematics model, system composition of single chip microcomputer measuring system of wire rope tension using 8031 as the core of control are expounded. The work principle of wire rope tension measurement, the design feature of main hardware circuits and the design idea of software are emphatically introduced. The part hardware circuit diagrams and the technological process diagram of controlling software are offered. This system have the functions of purchasing data,dynamic state display, digit disposition, print and man-machine reply, etc. Furthermore,it is easy to operate and costs less.
