| 摘 要： | 从基础设施的公共产品特征分析入手，阐明了民间资本参与基础设施建设的可行性和必要性，并分析了在实践中民间资本参与基础设施建设所遇到的问题，主要有市场准入障碍、融资渠道不畅、企业自身素质有待提高等，进而提出了相关的对策建议。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the characteristics of the public products of the infrastructure, this paper illustrates the feasibility and necessity for the non-governmental capital's entry into the construction of the infrastructure, and expounds the problems that the non-governmental capital meets in the course of participating the construction of the infrastructure such as the barriers of the market access, the impediments of the financing channels, and the poorer quality of the enterprise itself, etc., and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
