| 摘 要： | 对湖南省学术类科技期刊第四次审读评级情况进行了分析．各家学术期刊的政治标准和出版标准得分相近且比较高．但是，学术标准和编辑标准得分差别较大，说明我省学术期刊之间的质量存在较大差异．指出了审读中所发现的学术期刊存在的主要问题和原因，对我省学术期刊今后的质量管理提出了建议．

| Abstract: | The result of the perusal and grading of the academic science and technology journals in Hunan Province is analyzed. The scores in politics and publication items of each journal are fairly close while that in academic and editing are divergent, which shows that there are discrepancies among the qualities of the academic journals in our province. The main problems and causes of the problems in the academic journal are discussed and suggestions are given on how to improve the quality of academic journals. |
