摘    要:目的用毛细管气相色谱对没食子酸中9中有机氯农药的残留量进行测定。方法样品用石油醚超声提取并经过浓硫酸净化,以不分流进样方式,用OV-1701(30 m×0.32 mm×0.32μm)弹性石英毛细管柱,经柱程序升温技术分离,并用电子捕获检测器进行检测,外标法计算含量。结果平均回收率为79.98%~100.01%,RSD为0.32%~6.12%,最低检出限:0.000 184μg/mL~0.001 609μg/mL。结论本方法快速、简便、准确,适用于没食子酸中有机氯类农药残留的检测。

Abstract:Objective:The residues of 9 organochlorine pesticides in gallic acid were determined by capillary gas chromatograrh.Methods:Samples were extracted with petroleum ether by ultrasonic,then cleaned up by concentrated sulfuric acid.The capillary column was OV-1701(30 m×0.32 mm×0.32μm).The electron capture detector(ECD) was used.The pesticide residues were calculated by external standardmethod.Results:The average recovery ranged from 79.98% to 100.01%,RSD ranged from 0.32% to 6.12%,and limit detection ranged from 0.000184μg/mL to 0.001609μg/mL.Conclusion:The method is rapid,simple and accurate.It can be used to determine organochlorine pesticide residues in gallic acid.
