| 摘 要： | 以 XPS 研究了 LiKSO_4 单晶体的电子结构,首次给出该晶体(0,0,1)面的XPS 光电子能谱。基于对O1s谱峰的解析描述了该晶体电子结构的某些特点。文中还得到了质量相当高的价带光电子谱,并将其与Li_2SO_4的价带电子结构进行比较加以讨论。

| Abstract: | The electronic structure of single crystal LiKSO_4 was studied with XPS,and the XPS photomission spectrum for the plane (0,0,1) of the crystal hasbeen given firstly. Based on the analysis of the spectrum peak Ols, some fea-tures of the electronic structure of the crystal were described. Moreover a finequality valence-band photoemission spectrum was obtained, which is comparedto the valence--band electronic structure of Li_2 SO_4 and discussed. |
