| 摘 要： | 介绍一种基于MC51单片机控制的PWM直流电机脉宽调速系统。系统利用MC51单片机的定时器来产生PWM脉冲,利用TLP250光耦实现控制单元与驱动单元的强弱电隔离,采用驱动芯片IR2110、FGA25N120构成的H桥电路,对直流电机调速,利用光耦PC817和AD0832构成的电压采集单元实现系统的闭环控制。该系统实现了电机调速、保护、转速检测和显示等多种功能。测试结果表明,该系统具有良好的工作性能。
