自动线刀具断屑方法的研究

在自动线生产中，经常遇到的而且需要很好解决的一个重要问题就是可靠断屑问题，本文比较系统概述了现有自动线上断屑的基本方法，并且讨论了新的断屑方法和措施，指出各种断屑方法的主要特点，以及适用范围。为能够很好解决自动线生产中不同的切削条件下，切屑折断问题，提供方便，并且对断屑机理的深入研究，对切屑折断条件认识的进一步深化，对新型断屑槽、断屑装置的研制与开发等无具有十分重要的意义。

STUDY OF CHIP-BREAKING METHODS IN AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION LINE

In automatic production line, one of the important problems to cope with and to encounter is the chip-breaking. Basic methods available are systematically previewed and new methods of chip-breaking are put forward, pointing out the features and applications of these methods, and the significance of dealing with such problem with different cutting conditions, of further-studying on chip-breaking mechanism for the development of new-type of breaker and chip-breaking devices.
