| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了ATMEL公司所生产的几种不同类型E2PROM的存储方式及相应的读写操作,结合实际应用中存在的问题,提出了一种解决方案,既可以使同一设备能够兼容型号不同的存储器,又能够使不同的设备灵活使用各种类型的E2PROM.本文主要介绍了其实现的辨别原理及相应的软件设计说明.

| Abstract: | This paper introduced several types of storing and corresponding R/W operations, applied in E2PROM product made by ATMEL Company. Considering the problem existing in practice, we come up with a solution, which could make it possible to put different types of E2PROM not only in common use, but also in particular application. The principle of identification and software design are described in this paper. |
