论排球二传手的素质与能力培养

利用文献和录像资料对排球二传手进行了分类,在此基础上,对二传手的作用、素质和能力进行了研究分析.结果表明：排球二传手不但要具超强的组织指挥能力和较强的个人攻击能力,还要具备较高的攻防智商和敏锐的观察能力.因此,要发挥二传手在比赛中的作用,就必须加强对二传手的身心素质和基础技术训练、增强其攻防意识、提高组织和指挥能力、培养良好的战斗作风.

On the Quality and Capacity Cultivation of Setters

This paper analyzes the role, the quality and capacity of setters, using literature and video mate- rials based on the classification of setters. The research results show that the setter should not only have the supe- rior abilities of commanding and personal attacking, but also have keen observation and higher intelligence of at- tack and defense. Therefore, the physical and mental quality of setters must be improved, their basic skills train- ing, attack and defense awareness, the ability of organizing and commanding should be strengthened so that they can play a full role in matches.
