| 摘 要： | 我国工农业关系处于实施大规模＂以工哺农＂的时期,学界从多个角度围绕＂以工哺农＂展开讨论：以工哺农的理论有经济控制论、体制改革论、产业互动论和和谐发展论;＂以工哺农＂的方式有工业企业反哺、制度反哺、财政反哺、要素反哺和综合反哺等。梳理这些研究成果,总结其中的经验教训,对于党和政府更加有效的推进＂以工哺农＂政策,促进我国工农业的持续快速发展,具有着积极的理论和实践价值。

| Abstract: | The Chinese industry and agriculture relationship is in the period of ＂industry nurturing agriculture＂ which is being discussed by scholars from different angels. There are various theories about ＂industry nurturing agriculture＂, such as economic cybernetics, system reform theory, industry interactionism and harmonious development theory. Agriculture can be back nurtured by enterprises, system, finance, elements and so on. Analyzing these researches and summarizing experiences and lessons is helpful for the efficient promotion of the policy of ＂industry nurturing agriculture＂ and it has positive theoretical and practical value for the sustainable development of Chines industry and agriculture. |
