| 摘 要： | 以戊二酸和正丁醇为原料,环己烷为带水剂,硫酸铁铵为催化剂,来合成戊二酸二丁酯.其最佳反应条件为：醇酸物质的量比为5：1,催化剂用量为1.5 g,反应时间为2 h,酯化率可达98.9%.

| Abstract: | Dibutyl glutarate can be synthesized by using glutaric acid and butanol as materials, cyclohexane as water-carrying agent and ammonium ferric sulfate as catalyst. The experiment result shows that the best reac- tion condition is ： when the molar ratio of non-butanol to glutaric acid is 5 ： 1, amount of catalyst is 1.5 g, reac- tion time is 2 h. and then the esterification rate is 98.9% |
