摘    要:在HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,研究了溴甲酚紫与烟碱的相互作用,烟碱-溴甲酚紫-Co2+三元络合物的最大吸收波长λmax=436 nm,摩尔吸光系数κ=6.473 5 L·μmol-1·cm-1,烟碱浓度在0.20~100.00μmol·L-1范围内符合比尔定律,线性回归方程Y=0.647 4X+0.009 4,相关系数R=0.999 6.根据信噪比确定检测限(S/N=3,n=7)为0.10μmol·L-1,该方法准确度、灵敏度高,选择性好,特别适合于中、小型企业快速、大批量地分析烟草样品中的烟碱.

Abstract:The interaction between bromcresol purple and nicotine in the HAc-NaAc buffer solution was studied. When the maximum absorption wavelength of nicotine-bromocresol purple - Co2+ ternary complex Amax = 436 nm, the molar absorption coefficientκ=6.473 5 L·μmol-1·cm-1, Bear's law is obeyed by the concentra- tion of nicotine in the range of 0.20 -100.00 μmol·L-1, the linear regression equation is Y = 0. 647 35X + 0. 009 4, the correlation coefficient is R = 0. 999 6, the detection limit is 0.01 μmol·L-1. This method has high accuracy, sensitivity and selectivity, especially suitable for the quick and mass determination of nicotine in tobacco samples in small and medium enterprises.
