| 摘 要： | 英语中有关健康、疾病和死亡等身体状况的表达方法为数众多，在不同情况下，人们会以不同的措词或方法谈论这些话题。认真研究身体状况的语用表达，有助于透过语言现象了解更深远的文化意蕴，从而加深对英语语言和文化的理解，提高跨文化交际的能力。

A careful study of the pragmatic expression of physical conditions may help comprehend the profound cultural connotations in English and improve people's cross-cultural communication. |
