供应链金融视角的中小企业信贷问题研究——基于层次分析法的对比分析

中小企业在增加就业机会、维持社会稳定和国民经济健康发展等方面起着难以替代的重要作用。然而，融资难问题一直是制约中小企业健康发展的难题。供应链金融这种金融创新融资模式的出现，为解决中小企业融资难问题带来了新的思路。采用层次分析法，通过建立传统与供应链金融两种融资模式下的综合评价体系，经过对比分析，论证了在供应链金融融资模式下，中小企业的信用得到扩大，信贷资格得到提升，在一定程度上缓解了中小企业融资难问题。

Study on Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Credit from the Perspective of Supply Chain Finance---The Comparative Analysis Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important irreplaceable role in promoting employment, maintaining social stability and healthy development of national economy. However, the difficulties in financing have been restricting the healthy develop- ment of small and medium-sized enterprises. The creative financing mode of supply chain finance brings us the new ideas to solve the difficulties in financing of the small and medium-sized enterprises. The comprehensive evaluation systems of both traditional finance and supply chain finance are formed based on Analytic Hierarchy Process. Through comparative study,this paper demonstrates that the credit of some small and medium-sized enterprise gets to expand and the qualification of which gets promoted in supply chain financial conditions. To a certain extent,it solves the difficulties in financing of the small and medium-sized enterprises.
