基于ADAMS的颚式破碎机的运动分析

摘    要:对颚式破碎机进行结构和运动分析,建立简单的虚拟样机模型,通过ADAMS对模型中的连杆和摇杆在一个运动周期中角速度和角加速度之间的变化关系和变化范围进行仿真分析。分析结果显示了二者的变化过程、范围和关系。该研究结果对破碎机的优化设计有一定的参考价值和较高的使用价值。

Abstract:The structure and motion analysis was carried out on the jaw crusher, build the virtual prototype model of simple, by ADAMS, the model of the connecting rod and a handle in one movement cycle angular velocity and angular acceleration and the change of the relationship between range for simulation analysis. Analysis and shows the change of the process, the scope and relationship. The results of optimization design of crusher have a certain reference value, have higher use value.
