知情同意权对医护教学工作的启示

现代社会节奏日益加快的今天,医院里的医患矛盾日益加重。究其根源,矛盾来自诸多方面,如国家相关法律的缺失,医患双方对知情同意权缺乏正确的理解等。本文旨在立足理论层面,分析目前国内知情同意权的现状与困境,通过对概念的解读,凸显知情同意权中最基本同时也是最重要要素——正义,重塑医护工作者对知情同意权的理解,回归真正意义上的美德,为我国医卫类学校培养高质量的医护人才提供借鉴,从而在临床实践中构建和谐的医患关系。

Enlightenment of Informed Consent to the Teaching of Medical School

With the growing rhythm of the modern society,more and more conflicts emerge in hospital.After all,there are many reasons for it,such as the absence of national law and the right understanding to the informed consent between hospitals and patients. This article is aimed to analyze the present and plight of informed consent in our country in a sense of theory,reveal the justice, the basic and the most important factor in informed consent,reshape the concept of doctor and nurse and make it near to the just virtue, so as to bring up the excellent person working in the hospital for the medical schools and build the harmonious relationship in the clinical practice between hospitals and patients.
