火焰原子吸收光谱法测定牛肝菌中金属元素的含量

摘    要:运用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定牛肝菌(Cows bacilli)中的金属元素Fe、Ni、Ca、K、Cd、Cu、Zn、Mn、Cr 9种离子的含量。由测定结果显示,每100g牛肝菌中不含有镉、铜等元素,而铁、镍、钙、钾、锌、锰、铬的含量分别为0.341mg,0.030mg,0.596mg,0.043mg,0.074mg,0.053mg.,0.230mg。且测得Fe、Ni、Ca、K、Cd、Cu、Zn、Mn、Cr 9种元素的相对标准偏差分别为1.7498%、3.7584%、3.6056%、5.1036%、5.3571%、3.3708%、3.9368%、5.1371%、1.5833%。

Abstract:Apply flame atomic absorption spectrometry cow bacilli metallic elements of Fe, Ni, Ca, K, Cu, Zn, Mn, Cr nine ion content. By measuring results show that each is 100 gold cow bacilli does not contain Cu, Fe, elements such as Ni, Ca, K, Zn, Mn, Cr content of 0.341 mg, respectively 0.030 mg, 0.596 mg, 0.043 mg, 0.074 mg, 0.053 mg., 0.230 mg. And measured Fe, Ni, Ca, K, Cu, Zn, Mn, Cr nine kinds of elements relative standard deviationl.7498% ,3.7584%,3.6056%,5.1036%,5.3571%,3.3708%,3.9368%,5.1371%,1.5833%.
