| 摘 要： | 本文根据目前常见的彩票发行方案,综合分析了总中奖率、高项奖中奖率以及中大奖的期望收益等影响彩民吸引力的因素。首先将这3个因素作为变量建立线性评价函数,通过偏好系数加权法得到不同权重下的合理性指数,找出较优的发行方案。然后建立非线性模型,给出更为一般的判断方法,供彩票发行部门参考。

| Abstract: | According to the current emission scheme of the lottery, the article analyzes three factors influencing the attraction to people： the total rate of win, the difficulty and the benefits execratory of winning a big prize. This paper establishes the linear appraising function, gets the reasonable index under the different weight through the model and finds the superior scheme of lottery. Then the nonlinear model is built, to get more general method of judgment for the reference of the department of issue of lottery. |
