| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the necessity for the reform of physical education curricula in common colleges and university, In order to the Guide Outlines spirit of P .E .Curriculum in the General Colleges and Universities of China （for short Outline）, Combined with many years of teaching experience of P.E optional course in common colleges and universities, it put forward that ＂two independences＂ should be built in P.E curricula. |
