Recently, a national presidents' conference has been held in Guangdong province . At the meeting, Zhu Xiaoman pointed out that the campus cultural phenomena in higher vocational colleges should be studied on the philosophical level. This pa per is trying to use the philosophical ways to study the campus cultural essence in the Pearl River Delta, where the institutions of higher vocational education are well developed, about the status quo of the campus culture, the main elemen ts of the constitution and the change in history, etc.
