摘    要:目前我国已经实施了新的火电厂烟尘排放标准,这对电除尘器是一个新的挑战,需要对影响电除尘总体设计的众多因素进行分析研究。本文从对烟气排放标准、煤种和灰分的角度考虑,计算出对除尘器效率以及整体设计的影响结果。该计算分析可为电除尘器的设计和运行提供参考。

Abstract:Now a new criterion of flue gas emission is implemented in China, which is a challenge for electrostatic precipitator, and it is necessary to carry out a theoretical study on the integrated design of electrostatic precipitator. In this paper, the influence of the flue gas criterion, and the compositions of coal and ash on the dust removal efficiency and the integrated design of the precipitator are discussed. It should be provided some guidance for design and operation of ESP.
