摘    要:实行绩效工资分配制度是增强医院核心竞争力的有效措施。介绍了实行绩效工资制应坚持的基本原则,结合医院实际,阐述了绩效工资的分配方案,指出了实行绩效工资制应注意的几个问题。

Abstract:Practicing the performance salary distribution system is an effective measure for strengthening the core competitive power of the hospital. This paper introduces the basic principles that should be persevered in practicing the performance salary system, and connecting with the reality of the hospital, expounds the distribution scheme of the performance salary, and points out some problems needing attention in practicing the performance salary system.
