| Abstract: | Practicing the performance salary distribution system is an effective measure for strengthening the core competitive power of the hospital. This paper introduces the basic principles that should be persevered in practicing the performance salary system, and connecting with the reality of the hospital, expounds the distribution scheme of the performance salary, and points out some problems needing attention in practicing the performance salary system. |
