摘    要:为了探讨介质阻挡放电中斑图演变与等离子参量之间的内在联系,采用比较谱线相对强度法测量了介质阻挡放电斑图演变过程中电子激发温度的变化.结果显示:随着电压的升高,斑图类型由点状斑图逐渐演变为点线混合状斑图及线状斑图,在此过程中,电子激发温度逐渐升高.但当系统呈现点状斑图时,电子激发温度随电压增长缓慢,只有当系统呈现点线混合状斑图后,电子激发温度才随着外加电压显著升高.实验还测量了点线螺旋波斑图的电子激发温度随放电气体中空气含量的变化关系.结果表明:空气含量越大,则点线螺旋波斑图的电子激发温度越高.

Abstract:To find the mechanism of pattern formation in dielectric barrier discharge,the electron excitation temperature of pattern bifurcation was measured using intensity ratio method.The results showed that the pattern evolves from spots to mixture of spots and rolls or rolls only as the applied voltage was increased.During the course,the electron excitation temperature increased gradually.However,the electron excitation temperature increased slowly when the system displayed spots patterns.The electron excitation temperature increased rapidly only after the system displayed the mixture of spots and rolls pattern state.The relationship between the electron excitation temperature of dot-line spiral pattern and the air ratio mixed in the discharge gas was studied.It was found that the larger ratio of the air was,the higher the excitation temperature of dot-line spiral was.
