酸处理HZSM-5负载Cu催化剂的制备及其催化性能

摘    要:用H2SO4对HZSM-5分子筛进行处理,然后作为载体由浸渍法负载Cu制备Cu/HZSM-5催化剂,在富氧条件下考察其对于丙烯选择还原NO反应的催化活性.实验结果表明,用H2SO4处理HZSM-5有利于提高Cu/HZSM-5的催化活性.用3mol/L的H2SO4溶液处理HZSM-5、负载上4%Cu的Cu/HZSM-5活性最高,可以使NO的转化率在275℃时达到99.8%,在600℃时还接近50%.

Abstract:Using H2SO4 to treat HZSM-5 zeolite,the Cu/HZSM-5 catalysts were prepared by impregnating copper on treated zeolite,and the catalytic activities of Cu/HZSM-5 catalysts for propylene selectively catalytic reduction NO were investigated under excessive O2 conditions.The results indicated that the catalytic activities of Cu/HZSM-5 catalysts were increased drastically after the acid-treatment.When the concentration of sulfuric acid was 3mol/L and the loading of copper was 4%,the conversion of NO reached 99.8% at 275 ℃ and kept nearly 50% at 600 ℃.
