摘    要:教师专业发展已成为全球教育的焦点问题之一,世界各国都在积极探寻教师专业成长的有效途径与方法,校本进修已逐渐成为促进广大教师发展的有效途径。对民族地区教师而言,立足本校,以校为本的校本进修更是其专业成长的必由之路。
