| 摘 要： | 新中国成立前,共产党在进行革命战争的同时,也在不断探索发展公营经济。从共产党成立到土地革命战争时期、抗日战争时期和解放战争时期,党对公营经济的实践探索不断深入,公营经济思想也在不断发展。建国前党对公营经济的探索,对于我国当前推进国有经济改革,也有重要的启示意义。

| Abstract: | Before the foundation of the People’s Republic of China,Communist Party of China（CPC） was searching and developing the public economy as well as waging the revolutionary war.From the foundation of CPC to the period of Land Revolutionary War,Anti-Japanese War and Liberation War,the CPC’s practical exploration of public economy was going deeper and deeper,and so was the thought of public economy.The CPC’s exploration of public economy before liberation gave us a lot of enlightening significance to promote our state-owned economy reform. |
